Our first exhibition
After we finished our pinhole photography project , we held an exhibition on 8th floor of fine art building. We chose to hang our works up by salon-style. What is salon-style? It is a term that refers to large groupings of art that extend higher and lower than the traditional eye-level single row or “museum-style” hanging . First, we hanged up a white cotton thread at eye-level row. We started to decide which pieces is suitable to put in the middle , at left or right. Besides, some of us decided to cut boundary of their pieces in order to reach unity. Our works turns out beautifully after this. It is not so easy to hang up our pieces.
